Particularly suitable for the Braai (BBQ), this wood produces excellent coals for cooking and will enhance your food with an unmistakable smoky flavour. Rooikrans (Acacia Cyclops) is an invasive species in South Africa, and is routinely harvested to protect the native vegetation.
